Mr. Olusola Alabi, FCA,MBA (The Executive Vice Chairman)

Mr, olusola Alabi is the Executive Vice Chairman. His training and experience have been in the finance, construction, Real Estate, Telecommunication, Oil & Gas. His Noteworthy achievements have generally been in the areas of communication, information technology, construction, oil & gas, and financial institutions economics.
He is an accomplished season administrator with experience spanning into corporate studies, strategic planning, Accounting Practice, Audit and investigation, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, Administration, Telecommunication, Oil & Gas.
Mr. Alabi is a fellow of the institute of chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with over 28 years of working experience.

Mr. Gbenga Ani (General Manager / Chief Operating Officer)

Mr. Ani is the General Manager /Chief Operating Officer in charge of corporate services. He is a professional with an enviable track record and an outstanding contributor to the communication & Telecommunications development, management and deployment in Nigeria. He has also worked as Managers and Head of department in Multinational companies in the USA, before coming to Nigeria with his wealth of experience to join Royal Serve Group from inception contributing his experience and cognate exposures. He is highly exposed in the telecom business and widely travelled. An accomplished man of many parts, he oversees the administrative and general operations of the company.

Mr. Samuel Omeninwan B.Sc (Head, Administration / Human Resources)

Mr. Omeninwan, is a visionary and an astute administrator whose aim is to attain greater height. He has experience with innovative technology at A.G Leventis and Nicholas Laboratories. In 1996 he joined Ultra Real Industries as the Personnel and Administrative Manager, a company he managed before joining Royal Serve Group as the Head of Administration and Human Resources. His accomplishments include protocol management, telecommunication and information, creative advertising strategies and general administration. He has attended various courses and acquired knowledge. Mr. Omeninwan Holds a B.Sc (Political Science) from Bendel State University with over 20 years working experience.
